All orders are processed within 48-72  hours. Shipping takes 3-5  business days and delays might happen because of covid19.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. All refunds will be reviewed and a response will be provided in 1-3 business days. Dark Soil CBD  is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. For broken, lost, or stolen items please contact USPS to file a claim.
